How Can I Help 

Program Funding

The Occupational Development Center receives its funding from two places: 

  • 50% of our budget comes from the Lancaster County Mental Health/Mental Retardation Agency.
  • Fundraising efforts and contributions yield the other source of support.   

    We need your support to continue the work of the ODC.

    Donations are always accepted and greatly appreciated. You may be able to use your donation as a tax deduction. Types of donations accepted include: check, money order, and other physical assets such as:

    • Medical supplies i.e. gloves, band-aids, etc.
    • Work gloves for production
    • General office supplies
    • Filing cabinets (vertical)
    • Plastic hangers
    • Cleaning supplies i.e. mops, sponges, brushes, etc.

    If you have any of these items please call to give size specifications: 

    • Large, heavy tables for production
    • Heavy duty, metal shelves
